This wellness retreat was so inclusive and completely comfortable. There was variety and introduction to new modalities. I know now what I would like to explore more. I'm also opened a door for me to include more self care into my journey. Thank you
- Elle, Sydney
Carol's sense of fun and intuitive loving care enabled me to open myself to healing through meditation, play, movement and stillness.

This wellness retreat was the most exceptional nurturing experience. There was so much thought and generosity put into creating an environment and activities that were inclusive, warm and giving of the opportunity to develop self and relationships with others. The greatest gift I've given myself this year and I'm reaping the benefits weeks later. Thank you Carol!

I felt much lighter and enlightened by the end of it. I've never done a retreat, so wasn't sure what to expect, but loved this.

This was my first retreat and I gained a lot through mind, body and soul. Meditation and yoga sessions have become part of my daily routine since this retreat - both of which were new to me. The retreat made me feel valued and nurtured by the interesting women in this group who were an eclectic mix. I benefited greatly by attending this retreat.
- Lynne, Southern Highlands
Excellent! Carol held the space for everyone & was able to move with whatever presented itself. She curated a beautiful, healing, feminine retreat for all who had the pleasure of being there. Thank you
- Clare, Newcastle
It was a privilege to have been able to attend my first womens retreat facilitated with love from Carol. Carol provided a range of healing experiences for us to dip our toes into different forms of mediation and relaxation. Since attending the retreat, I have kept in contact with the supportive women who were there and formed new friendships. I cherish the time I took to attend the healing retreat with Carol. Thank you.

The See Clearly Retreats are a perfect blend of guidance and self-exploration. Beautiful like-minded souls gathering with a desire to grow, learn and heal in a nurturing space led by a facilitator who has a wealth of tools, love and experience to share. Can't recommend this gift to give yourself, or someone else you love, highly enough.
- Helen, Shell Cove
The retreat was thoroughly enjoyable for three reasons, Carol and what she provides as a healer and facilitator, the circle of women who join and the location.
The retreat was beautifully facilitated and lead by Carol, she creates a safe space to explore aspects of ourselves and our lives, gently encouraging and supporting each person to go at their own pace and level of comfort. Carol’s ability to bring humor creates a sense of ease and lightness and is very appreciated.
It was a welcoming non-judgmental environment where the focus was on connecting with ourselves and other women. The content and activities were fun and sometimes challenging and we were able to share or go within for contemplation.
The location was so peaceful and grounding and helped with the disconnection from the hustle and bustle. The accommodation was comfortable, clean and tidy and food very comforting and satisfying.
I have left the retreat with new friends, and feeling felt relaxed, grounded and refreshed. I will take tools and learnings from the retreat to use in everyday life.
- Angela, Charlestown
The accommodation was perfect: clean, tidy, and sufficient for what we needed: a comfortable private place to rest. Thank you for giving me a private room in the end, I did not expect it.
Also loved having the common area and casual breakfast set up, it was perfect for the group and we all managed perfectly well in that little kitchen area. I liked the space between accommodation and the daily retreat space and the opportunity to walk between and get some fresh air. And the setting in rural Maitland was just so lovely!
