I am passionate about sharing all the skills I have personally been practicing for many years.  I can now offer my extensive skills in evidential mediumship readings; intuitive healings; trance meditation healing; Reiki healing;  intuitive energy transformation; energy tarot readings and Hypnosis.  I am also facilitating groups and hold space for men on their journey of self-discovery and for women, to encourage self-reflection and nurturing.

As a certified Hypnotherapist, I can create a bespoke and inspired hypnotherapy session for habits that hold you back, including quitting smoking; quitting sugar addition; habitual anxiety, self-esteem issues…… all ensuring the healthy and balanced relationship between the mind, spirit, body, and emotions which is essential to overall health and well-being.

There are so many practical ways that can be implemented to guide you, individually, to meet the needs of personal growth.  Simply put, we are all different. Everyone has a different definition of what a happy life looks like. My role is first to understand how this looks to you, and through this, give practical advice toward reaching your goals.
